Hot Flash Cook Fig & Arugula Salad

ingredients
- 5 cups fresh arugulablood sugar & pre-diabetesheart health
- 8 fresh figs, quarteredfiberbone density (I'm shrinking!)
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts, roughly choppedheart healthmood swings
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon raw honeyblood sugar & pre-diabetes
method
- Make Candied Walnuts (Lighter) if desired, or use raw walnuts.
- Toss arugula with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange on a plate.
- Top with fig quarters, goat cheese, and walnuts.
- Serve immediately.
