- 2 cups vegetable or chicken brothheart health

- 2 green onions, sliced

- Rinse forbidden rice under cold water until water runs clear.
- In a pot, bring broth to a boil and add rice. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30–35 minutes until tender.
- While rice cooks, heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add protein and cook through, about 4–6 minutes depending on choice.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
- Prepare coconut aminos sauce and pour over vegetables and protein, toss to coat.
- Divide cooked rice among bowls, top with stir-fried mixture.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
