- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp instant yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oilheart health

method
- Mix whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Add water and olive oil; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature for 2–4 hours until doubled.
- Divide dough into 8 equal pieces; shape into balls.
- Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
