Hot Flash Cook Mango Sago

ingredients
- 1 cup small sago pearls
- 4 cups water
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrupblood sugar & pre-diabetes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and dicedhot flashes & night sweatsmemory & focus
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or light evaporated milk)heart health

- Ice cubes as needed
method
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Slowly add sago pearls, stirring constantly to prevent clumping.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes until pearls become translucent, stirring occasionally.
- Drain and rinse the cooked sago under cold water; set aside.
- In a bowl, stir honey into 1 cup water until dissolved.
- Add diced mango to the syrup and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a serving bowl or glasses, layer cooked sago, mango mixture, and mango pieces.
- Drizzle with coconut milk, add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.
- Top with ice and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
